We represent clients in the areas of estate planning, which include wills, living wills, durable power of attorneys, health care power of attorneys, trusts, and other documents and preparation necessary for your estate planning needs. We also represent clients in the area of probate, which includes making sure that the assets and liabilities of someone who's passed away are properly probated through the court system. We also handle the areas of auto accidents as well as bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Finally, we represent clients in the area of MDLs.
